Role & Responsibilities

? To give basic IT support to the organization.

? To Identify, create, analyze and implement the technology support for programs or projects.

? To manage the technology platforms in terms of Data, Reports, Monitoring, and Evaluation as well as their licenses.

? To evaluate, propose and use efficient software tools for better productivity, output, and efficiency at programs whenever required.

? Handling Moodle cloud-based application. (Make courses - put content, link assignments, upload recordings, etc)

? Knowledge about Loom, and basic video compressing & editing skills.

? Youtube channel management. (uploading content etc)

? Basic knowledge about (creating boards, frames), Knowledge of using Video conferencing platforms like zoom, Microsoft teams, google meet, etc.

? Basic knowledge of editing website for doing small edits/changes ( WordPress, HTML, Wix )

? To sync up with program operations and understand the technology needs

? To communicate across departments for platform management and its implementation, usage, and delivery.

To Manage ERP software: Implementation and maintenance.

? To train self, colleague, other project/program members, and relevant participants(internal-external) on the usage of technology.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor in Computer Science/IT or relevant engineering field

2. Have minimum 2 years of experience in management and work delivery through a technology platform

3. Should have knowledge of applications, software to handle program operations efficiently.

4. Must have knowledge of MS-Excel/Google Sheets, Drive, Zoom, and any LMS software(preferred)

5. Should have knowledge of project management tools/ERP

6. Should have knowledge of Moodle, Loom, Miro, and basic knowledge of website changes in WordPress, Wix platforms.
