Providing technical support on site or over the phone or emails.

Troubleshooting different hardware issues related to hardware, software or networking.

Maintaining & Repairing the Computers.

Installing Software and Hardware.

Knowledge of network technologies . VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN.

Keeping a record of all IT equipment.

Experience in a ERP & Firewall.
