JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT systems Management

Website Management

Software Introduction, Integration and Management

Time Office - Finger Print Management

Ensure that all IT guidelines & policies of the organization are periodically upgraded to suit business operations across all geographical regions & locations of the company.

Provides the first line of support for users either calling in or emailing.

Designing computer-based systems or programs.

Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults

Maintaining of Fortinet Firewall.

Maintenance of computer systems, Network, Telephony, Firewalls, Antivirus, and all other IT infrastructure within the organization.
