position:- business development associate

working days:- monday to saturday

timing:- 10 am to 7pm

salary:- stipend for training – 10k

permanent bda- + 2lpa incentive.

job description :- job is divided into two parts (target oriented )

initially for 17 days you have to undergo a training (2 days crt & 15 days ojt) in that you have to qualify the given target to attain a permanent position as bda.

after completion of the training and target you will receive a new offer letter as permanent bda .
