We are currently looking out for Customer Support Executives.(voice process in International/Domestic Call Centers for Customer service (Voice) , Collections Process, Sales, Retention and Semi Technical Process.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing outbound / inbound calls on timely manner
To follow communication script as per the process
To identify customers' need and to inform the customers about the product details
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent English communication- both verbal as well as non-verbal
Candidates should be 18+
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
