For this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Additionally, you should be comfortable using computers and basic software for recording call details. Flexibility to work during different time zones is necessary as you will be contacting international clients. Being a team player and having the ability to handle rejection positively will greatly contribute to your success in this role.
