track and manage call records on excel

follow up and nurture leads

handle objections with professionalism

requirements:

1-2 years experience (or freshers with excellent communication skills)

fluent english (verbal & written)

comfortable with microsoft excel & crm tools

strong persuasion and organizational skills

ability to work night shifts independently
