position: international sales executive - international process (us shift)

roles and responsibilities:

we are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our outbound calling teams for two key campaigns:

* us diabetic survey campaign

* us debt consolidation

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential customers.

engage in meaningful conversations and provide detailed information based on campaign requirements.

achieve targets and maintain high call quality standards.

shift timings:

diabetic survey campaign: 08:30 pm to 05:30 am (ist)

us debt consolidation campaign: 09:00 pm to 06:00 am (ist)

desired candidate profile:

we welcome both freshers and experienced candidates for the following campaigns:

us debt consolidation :

experience: minimum years in outbound calling within the us loan industry.

freshers are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

us diabetic survey campaign:

experience: minimum 1 year in conducting outbound surveys related to diabetes or healthcare.

freshers are welcome to apply, with relevant training offered.

essential skills:

fluent english communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers.

strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally.

goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
