The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, project execution, and coordination across various services to transform design intent into reality on site.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project execution from design stage to final handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met. Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution as per drawings and design intent. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams for seamless integration of services. Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site. Work closely with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture. Minimum 36 years of experience in architectural design and site execution. Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred. Strong project management and site coordination skills. Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Align material procurement schedules with project requirements and coordinate with the purchase team. Supervise site supervisors and ensure strict on-site discipline, quality control, and timely issue resolution. Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, civil, and other service consultants for smooth integration during execution. Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally. Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD for project tracking. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
