JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a Agency Sales Manager is a frontline sales position responsible for recruiting financial Advisors/Agents (Part time)to build a network of sales representatives.

. Recruit financial advisors (Agents-Part time employees) & generate Health insurance Business

REQUIREMENTS:

. Min 1 to 3 Years of experience in any Sales profile.

. Candidate must be have a knowledge in Bangalore market,

. Max Age limit 30 Years - (female candidates are preferable).

. CTC Max LPA + Fixed Monthly conveniences + Monthly Incentives

. Candidates Must be from only Bangalore location

. Any bachelors degree is mandatory.

JOB TIMING:

. Mon to sat 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

. 2nd and 4th sat weekoff

. On working saturdays 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
