Ideal candidate background:

Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication

Quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes

Detail oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to customers

At least 2 years of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process

Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients

Active listening, empathy and patience wrt customer interactions

Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive

Ability to articulate in different ways

Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Candidates should be willing to work from office

Open for Off roll

Screening + Level 1 Ops + Final Ops + HR Discussion
