explain insurance policy terms, benefits, coverage, premiums, and claims process.

maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.

ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.

achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance goals.

stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
