Roles and Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients through various lead generation channels (calls, online platforms, referrals).Understand clients insurance needs and suggest appropriate policies (life, health, vehicle, etc.).Explain insurance policy terms, benefits, coverage, premiums, and claims process.Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements. Desired Candidate Profile:Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Sales or insurance background preferred but not mandatory.Must have access to a smartphone/laptop with internet connection.Basic computer knowledge.
