Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Team Leads to manage and drive the performance of inside sales teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling a team of ~15 members, strong leadership skills, and the ability to meet aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales executives (~15 members)
Monitor daily performance metrics such as calls, conversions, and revenue targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
Handle escalations and support team in closing high-value deals
Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM usage
Track and report team performance to senior management
Collaborate with recruitment and training teams for team expansion and onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Inside Sales
Experience managing a team of approximately 15 members is mandatory
Background in IT Services or IT Sales preferred
