Job Description

Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.

Inside Sales

Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals.

Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.

Marketing Activities

Execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Promote company services and solutions through social media platforms.

Coordinate webinars, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.

Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and brochures.

CRM & Reporting

Update customer interactions and opportunities in CRM.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Track campaign effectiveness and lead conversion metrics.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Ensure timely response to customer queries and requirements.
