Job Summary:

Looking for an Inside Sales professional who should be familiar in IT Service selling with US, Canada and UK regions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research and generate potential leads using various lead-generating tools.

• Follow the warm leads using communication tools for successful closure.

• Build a robust and quality lead funnel for assigned business vertical.

• Has to be highly energetic and exceptional in communication skills.

• Run campaigns by cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and identify target prospects.

• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the strategic sales cycle from initial call to close it with the help of the technical team.

• Cultivate, build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Research and discover methods to increase customer prospects.

Desired skills:

• IT Service selling skills primarily with US, Canada and UK regions.

• Excellent oral and written communication and also good listening skills.

• Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management

• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics

Education and Experience:

• Any UG.
