the inside sales executive position is a single point of contact for syscraft customers. the primary responsibility includes – account management, lead generation, tele calling, relationship management for the named accounts or territory assigned.
the inside sales specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the sales targets assigned. the role demands interaction with colleagues on the field, sales team and management team on a daily basis.
key responsibilities:
· customer engagement and relationship management with the assigned set of customers.
· meet target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing activities for it products , solutions and services.
· goal driven. reach quarterly revenue quota assigned.
· ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
· fast response to customer rfp/rfq.
· ability to work in a team structure.
· well organized reporting to management on a weekly basis.
