Role-
The Inside Sales Executive position is a single point of contact for Syscraft customers. The primary responsibility includes – Account Management, Lead Generation, Tele calling, Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.
The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned. The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field, sales team and management team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers.
· Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services.
· Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
· Ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
· Fast response to Customer RFP/RFQ.
· Ability to work in a team structure.
· Well Organized reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
