Responsibilities
â— Learn & understand Khatabook products, prospective clients & services well.
â— Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate Khatabook solutions
and customer requirements.
â— Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel.
â— Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business
executives and stakeholders.
â— Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
â— Respond, engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries.
â— Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new
customers.
â— Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
â— Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
â— Perform effective online demos to prospects.
â— Manage customer queries on Call, Intercom, and email.
Requirements
â— Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening
skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi,English Mandatory, Knowing regional
languages will be plus).
â— Ability to make focused efforts to win customers. The ideal candidate should be
strategy driven with a research-based approach.
â— Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
â— B2C sales experience is mandatory
â— Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in SaaS products, financial services, wallet,
products/solutions companies
â— Track record of over-achieving quota
