Job Summary
Sahaj Hospital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales communication, generate leads, and convert potential clients for our skin, hair, and aesthetic treatment services. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain hospital services, treatments, and packages to potential clients.
Convert inquiries into appointments and drive revenue generation.
Maintain and update client data in CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper client engagement.
Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth client handling.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field.
13 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, or South Indian languages) will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales management tools.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry
Healthcare, Aesthetic Clinics, Wellness, Hospitality, or Service Industry.
