The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with customers in Hindi, and converting prospects into sales through effective follow-ups and pitching.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in Hindi
Convert leads into customers through effective sales pitching
Maintain regular follow-ups and customer engagement
Update and manage leads in CRM systems
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
0-3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling
Mandatory fluency in Hindi (Speak & Understand)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
