Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Sewri. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and eager to grow their skills in a friendly work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including calls and emails, to generate interest in our products or services.

- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that address their requirements.

- **Sales Presentations:** Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase our offerings and effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.

- **Follow-up Communication:** Maintain regular communication with leads, ensuring they have all the information needed and addressing any questions they may have.

- **CRM Management:** Update and manage customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep track of leads and sales progress.

- **Market Research:** Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to help shape our sales strategies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to connect with clients effectively. A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and tools is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with a strong enthusiasm for sales. A minimum of 0-4 years of experience in a sales role is preferred. Candidates must be female and should be prepared to work from the office.
