Proven expertise in handling End-to-End Recruitment process.

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Understanding the client's requirements and Sourcing, Screening profiles, shortlisting the candidates for a preliminary interview.

Sourcing right candidates through Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.

Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.

Ability to handle multiple requirements.

Understanding technology, domain, and service.

Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements and Good Communications Skills.
