About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals to meet the company’s technology staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates for roles in software development, IT support, infrastructure, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for IT roles.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future openings.

Stay updated on IT industry trends and skillsets to better identify and attract candidates.

Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes as needed.
