Information Technology Engineer (Freshers) Guwahati

- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for both internal teams and students.

- Provide first-level support via helpdesk, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.

- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.

- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and necessary updates on workstations and servers.

- Assist in implementing and maintaining data backup solutions to prevent data loss.

- Ensure regular backups and data integrity for all critical systems.

- Support the implementation of security protocols to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.

- Provide basic training to staff and students on the use of IT systems and software applications.

- Work closely with senior IT staff to learn and implement best practices in IT management.
