Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, soups, and starters.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards as per company guidelines.
Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces before service.
Monitor stock levels of kitchen ingredients and inform the supervisor for replenishment when required.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials to maintain freshness and prevent wastage.
Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth and timely order preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new Indian-Chinese dishes when required.
