About the Role:-

We€™re looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring.

Responsibilities:

€¢ Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

€¢ Understand job requirements and draft effective job descriptions.

€¢ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

€¢ Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

€¢ Maintain candidate data and track the hiring process using internal systems or Excel trackers.

€¢ Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.

€¢ Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for selected candidates.

€¢ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirement.

Requirements:

€¢ Bachelor€™s/master degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

€¢ 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (.- Apna, LinkedIn, WorkIndia).

€¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
