about the role:-

were looking for an hr recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring.

responsibilities:

handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

understand job requirements and draft effective job descriptions.

source candidates through job portals, linkedin, social media, and employee referrals.

screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

maintain candidate data and track the hiring process using internal systems or excel trackers.

coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.

ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for selected candidates.

build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirement.

requirements:

bachelors/master degree in human resources, management, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in recruitment.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (.- apna, linkedin, workindia).

ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
