Job Description

As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Job Posting and Advertising**: Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates. This helps to ensure that the open positions are seen by the right audience.

- **Resume Screening**: Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. This step is vital in identifying the most suitable applicants for further evaluation.

- **Conducting Interviews**: Organize and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the company culture. This interaction allows you to assess candidates beyond their resumes.

- **Coordinating Recruitment Processes**: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer letters. This includes coordinating with hiring managers and keeping candidates informed about their application status.

- **Building Relationships**: Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience. Good communication is key to understanding the needs of both parties.

- **Candidate Database Management**: Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings. This allows for quicker recruitment when new positions arise.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment, preferably with 2 to 8 years of experience. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to sourcing and networking. The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment is also important.
