We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for identifying top talent to support our organizations growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including initial telephonic / competency-based assessments and eligibility verification to shortlist qualified candidates.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; perform job and task analysis to define role requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across various platforms, including job boards, newspapers, and colleges
Source candidates through databases, social media, and other channels; screen resumes and applications efficiently.
Conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and tools to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Apply HR recruiting best practices and generate recruitment reports for team managers.
