Human Resources Recruiter (1-3 Years)

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is based in Hyderabad, India, and offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will help us find and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Your efforts will help build a strong candidate pipeline.

- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates based on job specifications. This step is crucial for ensuring we meet our hiring standards.

- Conducting Interviews: Arrange and lead interviews with shortlisted candidates. You will assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.

- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process. Effective communication is essential in this role.

- Managing Candidate Experience: Create a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Strong organizational abilities are necessary to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
