**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Source Candidates:** Use various online platforms and networking to identify potential candidates who meet our job requirements.
- **Screen Applications:** Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and skills.
- **Conduct Interviews:** Carry out interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for various roles within the company.
- **Coordinate with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
- **Manage Candidate Database:** Maintain an organized database of candidates and keep track of their progress throughout the recruitment process.
- **Provide Feedback:** Offer constructive feedback to candidates after interviews to enhance their experience and our company’s reputation.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A candidate with a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. The ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks is important. A good understanding of different job roles and industry practices will be beneficial. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates is also expected.
