responsibilities
manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the textile industry.
collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
skills and qualifications
5-7 years of experience in hr recruitment, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ats) and hr software.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
