Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
* Source, screen, negotiate, and close candidates efficiently
* Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
* Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention activities
* Coordinate with founders and department heads for workforce planning
* Handle employee transitions, replacements, and hiring pressure smoothly
* Use ATS, HRMS, and AI-based recruitment tools for faster hiring
* Support culture building and performance-driven work environment
Requirements:
* 4+ years of HR/recruitment experience
* Startup hiring exposure preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
* Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI hiring tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup ecosystem
* Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
