Human Resource Manager - Patna (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager based in Patna with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage our HR functions from home. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree or a postgraduate diploma in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Lead the hiring process by creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to find the best talent for the organization.

- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs that help new employees adjust comfortably into their roles and understand company culture.

- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on conducting evaluations and setting performance goals for employees.

- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies that comply with labor laws and promote a positive workplace environment.

- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, fostering strong relationships between management and staff to create a supportive work atmosphere.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should be a female with strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing her to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
