HR Manager || Freshers & Experienced

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience who have completed at least the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Selection**: Oversee the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to find suitable candidates.

- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to start their roles successfully.

- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history, to ensure compliance and quick access.

- **Performance Evaluation**: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems to help track employee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

- **Conflict Resolution**: Address employee concerns and conflicts by providing solutions, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining employee morale.

- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Ensure that company policies comply with labor laws and regulations while educating employees about these policies.

Required Skills and Expectations:
