job responsibilities:
rstanding legal requirements: familiarizing themselves with local labor laws and regulations related to business registration, including employment laws, tax obligations, and worker classification.
ness structure guidance: assisting in determining the appropriate business structure (., llc, corporation) and its implications for hr, including liability and tax considerations.
oyee registration: ensuring that the necessary documentation for employee registration is prepared and submitted, including obtaining employer identification numbers (ein) for tax purposes.
