Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and performance appraisals

Conduct training, engagement activities, and performance reviews

Maintain employee records and HR documentation
