**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment Assistance:** Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews, helping to identify the right candidates for various positions.

- **Onboarding Support:** Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing welcome materials and basic orientation information to ensure a smooth transition.

- **Employee Records Management:** Help maintain and organize employee records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

- **Communication:** Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing essential information and guiding them through various HR processes.
