Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction activities
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Help organize training programs and HR events
Support HR policies and documentation
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
