- **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Policy Development:** Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Compensation and Benefits Management:** Assist with salary reviews and benefits administration to attract and retain talented employees.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles.
