Female - Human Resource Executive - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team in Mandi Gobindgarh. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of HR experience and hold at least a postgraduate degree. This role focuses on supporting our HR functions and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and making offers. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication between staff and management, and promoting workplace harmony. Implement programs that support employee engagement and development.

3. Performance Management: Assist in developing and administering performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and career development opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness.

4. HR Policies and Compliance: Help in formulating and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees to improve their skills and career growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is essential. A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is important, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are expected.
