Freshers For HR Executive - Coimbatore

As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment and Selection**: You will assist in the recruitment process, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to help identify the right candidates for various positions.

- **Employee Onboarding**: You will help in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed about their roles.

- **Employee Records Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records will be crucial. You will manage files, keep track of attendance, and record employee achievements and performance.

- **Training and Development Support**: You will support the planning and coordination of training sessions to help employees enhance their skills and advance in their careers.

- **HR Policy Implementation**: Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and ensuring compliance within the organization will be part of your duties.

In terms of skills and expectations, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and be comfortable working in an office environment. Effective communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are important traits to succeed in this role. Basic knowledge of HR practices and tools will be an advantage.
