As a Human Resource Executive based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for various functions that support the organization's growth and development through effective human resource management. This role is open to female candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and requires a degree in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, or B.E. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Selection:** Assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and their roles within the organization.- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of employees.- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.- **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and assisting managers in evaluating employee performance effectively.- **Administrative Support:** Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees and management.
