Training and Development: Supporting the development and delivery of training programs, and assisting with employee development needs.
Policy Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
Reporting: Preparing reports on HR metrics and data as needed.
