job summary:
we are looking for a senior hr executive to manage day-to-day hr operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. the role involves supporting management in all hr activities and ensuring smooth office operations.
key responsibilities:
handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other hr documents
maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records
manage employee queries, grievances, and exit processes
support performance review and appraisal activities
plan employee engagement and training programs
ensure company policies are followed properly
maintain employee files and confidential records
coordinate with management for hr planning and reports
skills required:
strong communication and people management skills
good knowledge of ms excel, word, and hr software
time management and problem-solving ability
attention to detail and multitasking capability
leadership and team coordination skills
qualification:
any graduate or postgraduate (mba in hr preferred)
experience:
minimum 2-4 years of experience in hr or related roles
