Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and extending offers.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Payroll Management:
o
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees.
o
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, deductions, and statutory benefits.
o
Maintain employee compensation records and address payroll inquiries.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
o
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and corporate events.
o
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
o
Support in addressing employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
HR Administration:
o
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
o
Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
o
Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
o
Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Compliance & Reporting:
o
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o
Assist in preparing HR-related reports for senior management.
