key responsibilities:
recruitment & staffing:
o
manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and extending offers.
o
work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
payroll management:
o
oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees.
o
ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, deductions, and statutory benefits.
o
maintain employee compensation records and address payroll inquiries.
employee engagement & retention:
o
plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and corporate events.
o
assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
o
support in addressing employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
hr administration:
o
maintain and update employee records and hr databases.
o
assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
o
support in the implementation of hr policies and procedures.
o
assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
compliance & reporting:
o
ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o
assist in preparing hr-related reports for senior management.
