Job Summary:
The Retail Human Resources cum Purchase Manager is responsible for managing the human
resources function and procurement activities for a retail organization. This role requires strong HR
and procurement skills, with the ability to attract and retain top talent, negotiate with suppliers, and
manage budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
3. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
4. Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Procurement:
1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality products and services.
2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships.
3. Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.
4. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Job Specification: Retail Human Resources cum Purchase Manager
Essential Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA or MS in HR/Purchasing is a
plus.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and procurement, preferably in retail.
3. Skills:
