H.r Reqrutment (2-4 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. In this part-time position based in Mumbai Andheri Dahisar, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions, ensuring the right talent is hired for the team.

2. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of documentation and introduction to company policies and procedures.

3. Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Performance Management: Help coordinate performance appraisal processes, ensuring timelines are met and feedback is collected effectively.

5. Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. A good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices is essential. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are important for addressing employee concerns and improving HR processes. A foundational education level with a minimum of 10th pass is required, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Flexibility to work from home is expected.
