We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce ().
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the right fit for various positions.
- **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to start their roles successfully.
- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly.
- **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers on feedback and development plans for employees.
- **HR Policies and Compliance:** Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Data Management:** Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
