- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring employee performance and attendance by updating records and reporting any concerns to management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment and onboarding, is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
