- manage payroll processes, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses accurately and in a timely manner. ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. this includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with employees, manage training sessions, and conduct performance reviews. maintain a positive and productive work environment.
required skills and expectations:
- must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resource management.
- /pgdm degree in hr or related field is required.
